A new business with no policies and procedures
A new business was keen to put policies and procedures in place before employing its first workers. After several meetings with the Director we were able to put in place a Contract of Employment, a Company Handbook and ensure the company had thorough but fair procedures in place. This included a flexible working time policy, a sickness and absence policy and an annual leave policy.
