When did you join PB?

August 2017

What and where did you study?

Accounting and Finance BSc, University of East Anglia

What are you up to outside of work?

In my downtime, I enjoy socialising with friends, going out to local pubs and bars, and binge-watching movies and TV.

What do you like about working for PB?

Price Bailey’s ability to provide support both academically and professionally has allowed me to flourish and hopefully accelerated my chosen pathway in the accountancy world. The variety of work available means you gain expertise in many sectors and shapes you into a well-equipped individual.

Employee Survey -listening and responding to our talent

Each year we undertake an annual employee survey to give our people a confidential opportunity to tell us what they really think and we run regular pulse surveys to check how initiatives have been received. Our MD holds regular update and Q&A sessions and employees are encouraged to arrange lunch breakers to share skills, key learning points or just to share what is happening across the practice.

As you develop into a more senior role, our Diploma course encourages participants to shape the future of the firm by identifying and implementing something that needs improving or updating. Our internal coaching faculty – to support those at Supervisor level and above – was instigated and implemented by our 2014/2015 Diploma cohort. You can really make a difference here. You can read what some of our people within the business had to say recently below:

“Open, honest, good leadership who are forward thinking and not afraid to make changes, in turn we have a good team which makes it a fun place to work, values and rewards staff, offers work life balance, allows autonomy in the role and expects high standards of work, provides opportunity to develop client relationships”

“As an employee who is still training, I get a good level of support from my colleagues and feel that it is a friendly place to work”

“Staff are recognised as individuals who each have personal strengths and something to bring to the organisation”

“The training available is both for unqualified trainees and ongoing CPD is comprehensive and relevant”
