The ins and outs of our school leaver recruitment

When Should I apply?

Applications for our School leaver programme are open from 2 October 2019 – 31 January 2020 and should be submitted via the apply section here.

What grades do I need?

We ask for a minimum of 100 UCAS points.

What is the typical recruitment process?

We appreciate that searching for a new job opportunity isn’t always the most straight forward experience; however, we aim to make the process as seamless as possible. If your application is successful, you will be informed within 2 weeks of the closing date for applications. The first step will be a telephone interview with our in-house Resourcing Specialist, if you are successful then you will be invited along to our Assessment Centre in February. This will consist of a Group Exercise, a Case Study and finally an Interview and Presentation.

What are the office hours?

Normal office hours are 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday, although we appreciate that every week is different and are committed to providing a good work/life balance to our employees.

What personal opportunities for development and training are available?

Your personal and professional development is a key investment for us. We run a comprehensive in house programme of Student Practical Training, CPD and Personal development course. Being a training organisation by definition, we will also fully support you in achieving an accounting qualification such as the AAT, ATT or CFAB.
