The ins and outs of our school leaver recruitment

When Should I apply?

Applications for our School leaver programme are open from 1 January – 31 October and should be submitted via CV and covering letter and sent to recruitment@pricebailey.co.uk or by post to The HR Team at Causeway House, 1 Dane Street, Bishops Stortford, Herts CM23 3BT.

What grades do I need?

We ask for a minimum of BBB at A’ Level or equivalent of 300 UCAS points.

What is the typical recruitment process?

We appreciate that searching for a new job opportunity isn’t always the most straight forward experience; however, we aim to make the process as seamless as possible. If your application is successful, you will be informed within 2 weeks of the closing date for applications. Typically you will be invited to attend an assessment centre.  Should you successfully complete this, you will then be invited to a final competency based interview.

What are the office hours?

Normal office hours are 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday, although we appreciate that every week is different and are committed to providing a good work/life balance to our employees
