Working for Price Bailey

What you can expect

We’re incredibly professional in what we do, but we do it in a way that engages everyone.

For three consecutive years, we have been shortlisted as finalists for Best Employer at the Accountancy Age Awards. For the last two years, we have been nominated as finalists for the Graduate & Non-Graduate Programme of the Year.

These awards are a testament to our focus on people and talent development, but we also want to have fun. We have a variety of sports teams including rounders, netball and cycling, plus a pub quiz team and a variety of other social activities across the year. Charitable giving and community engagement is a big deal too. You can see some of our recent charity activities over on our Instagram.

Here is what some of our people at Price Bailey said in the recent Accountancy Age survey:

“Despite having many locations, the flexibility and movement of staff around the firm and offices makes Price Bailey feel like one big team. Price Bailey is also an employer who creates opportunities for career development and promotion for those that are ready and does not hold its staff back”

“Everybody is treated as an individual, they care about you and want to make sure you are being properly supported and trained. You do work hard but you are not expected to work silly hours. There are lots of events organised where we can enjoy ourselves, and we do have fun.”

“Friendly, performance focussed, innovative, moving forward, not afraid to try new things”

A smarter way of working

We recognise that our people have lives outside of work… Our Smart Working  culture means that you have flexibility to work when and where you want so long as it does not disrupt our clients, your supervision and study or your team. Whether you take part in a netball team and need to leave early for matches, you need to take your children to nursery or you simply need some time away from the office to concentrate – We want to make sure you’re comfortable working at your very best.
