Graduate trainee programme

Our StepStone graduate training programme has been designed to create highly skilled managers, directors and partners of the future, who are not only technically excellent, but who understand and support our vision inside and out.

Compared to other larger firms, our approach to training is quite different – we provide trainees with an all-round accountancy experience. We think this helps to lay the right foundations and give you a broad depth of knowledge; something which will make a big difference to way your career grows.

You will get a comprehensive two week induction programme when you begin employment with us, introducing you to our people and our services. You will also undertake substantial work experience in all areas of our business during the three years of your training.

On top of that, you will also work towards your ICAEW (ACA) qualification to become a chartered accountant. So what else can you expect?
