Role overview

Our Company Secretarial team provides business administration support to clients that do not have the time or knowledge to undertake these tasks themselves. In this role you will be supporting senior members of the team by undertaking administrative tasks on their behalf e.g. filing, updating databases.

Principle responsibilities include

  • Submitting forms to Companies House
  • Liaising with internal manager and clients where required
  • Updating the statutory registers (maintained on company secretarial software)
  • Drafting forms for Companies House
  • Drafting minutes of meetings (from templates)
  • Liaise and support the compliance team with ad hoc Company secretarial work

What we need from you

  • Experience in an office based role undertaking data entry and/or processing tasks
  • Excellent customer service and telephone manner
  • Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills
  • High standard of English
  • High standard of presentation skills and proof reading
  • Excellent attention to detail
