The team

This role sits within our Tax service line and will involve providing them with professional administration support. You will be part of a team that services the function nationally and it will be your responsibility to support those based out of our Bishops Stortford office, however we are flexible on where you are based.

The role

As an Administrator, Tax you will have ownership of the following tasks:

  • Undertaking ID checks for individuals
  • Drafting letters of engagement, new client and lost client documents
  • Maintaining client records both internally (PB Portal and Digita) and with HMRC
  • Saving annual AML checks to client folders as requested by manager
  • Forwarding monthly WIP reports for portfolio holders
  • Managing diaries and arranging team meetings

The person

  • You might not have all of the experience below, but if you meet the minimum criteria and are passionate about developing yourself, we’d love to hear from you:
  • Previous administration experience in a professional office environment (minimum criteria)
  • Minimum of five GCSE’s or equivalent, including Maths and English Language (minimum criteria)
  • Strong communications skills and the ability to interact at all levels
  • Able to demonstrate reliability, discretion and flexibility
  • Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills
  • Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and internet
