Cashier/Finance Assistant – Norwich

Role Overview 

  • To provide Part-Time administrative support for our finance and insolvency teams. 
  • To deliver a high standard of administrative support and world class customer service in line with Price Bailey’s strategies, policies and procedures
  • To maintain client confidentiality, data protection and other legislative and organisational responsibilities


Principle Responsibilities:

  • Checking online bank accounts for receipts
  • Processing payments and transfers via online banking platforms
  • Posting all receipts and payments onto dedicated software package (training given)
  • Bank account set up, closure and routine correspondence
  • Maintaining case bank accounts on a daily basis
  • Maintaining a general clients account on a daily basis
  • Bank account reconciliations
  • Processing and payment of sales invoices and updating control spreadsheet
  • Updating various case schedules

Person Specification:

Work based Competencies

  • Word, Excel and Outlook to Advanced Level
  • Excellent customer service and telephone manner
  • Experience in professional services would be an advantage
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills

  • Confident, articulate and an effective communicator at all levels
  • Well presented and professional
  • A positive attitude and strong desire to deliver high quality results.
