Compliance Administrator

Role Overview

To provide administration and organisation support as required by the Compliance department

 

Principle Responsibilities:

  • To assist with drafting Anti Money Laundering reports for submission to NCA and monitoring items for the Money Laundering Reporting Officer to follow up
  • Updating Compliance documents as requested by senior members of the team
  • To edit  policies and procedures as directed by a member of the team
  • To update and delete and add wiki articles (firms intranet)
  • To collate results from Fit and Proper forms issued annually
  • To assist in the collation of information for Annual Returns
  • To prepare and format PowerPoint presentations
  • To type, format and proof read reports including Compliance reports to Partners
  • To attend the formal Compliance and Risk Management meetings, take minutes and follow up on action points
  • Diary management for the Compliance Partner
  • To assist with organising training courses
  • Upload and tag revised and new documentation, removing obsolete content from the wiki (firms intranet)
  • To observe strictest confidentiality
  • To assist other team member as and when required to help cover holiday/sickness absence and busy periods which may include the need to work from a different office
  • To work on ad hoc projects as directed
  • To undertake such other tasks as may be reasonably assigned from time to time

  • Proficient with all MS Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of literacy/numeracy
