The team

The Parks and Leisure Team provides high quality, industry specific strategies and support to highly acquisitive clients in the sector, to include, but not limited to, holiday parks, residential parks and golf courses.

They handle on average 25 transactions per year ranging in value from £4m to over £100m. The team has significant experience, is well regarded in the industry and provides advisory services including: fundraising, business plans, financial modelling, due diligence to name a few.

The role

As a Corporate Finance Executive you will be involved in a variety of client projects of which you will have ownership of the following tasks:

  • Drafting of business/funding plans and financial forecasts
  • Analysis of historical accounts of target parks/businesses
  • Undertaking financial due diligence and reporting
  • Provision of financial information on existing clients for third parties (sale mandates, valuations) as required
  • Review of external valuation reports and comparison to business/funding plan
  • Assisting team with preparation for meetings with clients, funders  

The person

You might not have all of the experience below, but if you meet the minimum criteria and are passionate about developing yourself, we’d love to hear from you:

  • ACA/ACCA part qualified or fully qualified (minimum criteria)
  • Experience of working in an accountancy practice preparing sets of accounts (minimum criteria)
  • Ideally you’ll have experience of forecasting, preparing business plans, management accounts and due diligence
  • Able to handle time sensitive demands and relevant pressures
  • Is organised and able to work efficiently
  • Client facing experience
