The team

The Finance Team are responsible for providing firm wide assistance, whether that be as specific as providing reports and assisting with administrative tasks, or behind the scenes by maintaining company cash flow. Key services include bank management, expenses, purchase ledger, facilities management, credit control and practice engine management.

The team are based out of the Sawston office and are made up of Finance, Credit Control and Facilities.

The role

As a Finance Support Assistant incorporating Front of House you will have ownership of the following tasks:

  • Assisting with the Price Bailey purchase ledger
  • Maintenance of our practice management and billing system
  • Supporting with client payment processing
  • Maintaining a professional and welcoming environment within our Sawston office
  • Undertaking concierge tasks for client meetings (before, during and after)
  • Completing routine health and safety checks and undertaking the necessary reporting

The person

You might not have all of the experience below, but if you meet the minimum criteria and are passionate about developing yourself, we’d love to hear from you:

  • Proven administration experience, ideally in a finance or front of house role (minimum criteria)
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise workload effectively (minimum criteria)
  • Excellent customer service
  • Great attention to detail in all aspects of work
  • Confident, articulate and an effective communicator
  • Strong IT skills and knowledge, in particular MS packages
