Front of House Administrator – Ely

Role Overview

  • We strive to provide our clients with the highest level of service in whichever manner they wish to contact us. As a front of house administrator, you will play a vital role in the experience a client receives when visiting a Price Bailey office. The right candidate will be driven to provide a warm and professional welcome, as well as excellent customer service throughout a client’s stay. Whilst focussing on the client journey, and the look and feel of our offices, the individual will also be tasked with providing accurate professional support to our client facing teams, primarily supporting our large business and tax team. Applicants should enjoy working in a central and varied role, should boast a ‘can do’ attitude, and be driven in providing outstanding customer service.


Principle Responsibilities:                                                                                                     

  • Front of House
    • Supporting positive professional relationships with clients and visitors
    • Maintaining a professional and welcoming environment within our offices
    • Administer concierge tasks for client meetings including pre, during and post meeting
    • Be responsible for completing routine health and safety checks and reporting
  • Professional support
    • Supporting our client facing teams with administrative tasks
    • Have a proactive approach to support and an eye for accuracy and detail
  • Additional
    • Working on ad hoc projects as required
    • Assist with event planning and co-ordination


Person Specification:

Work based competencies:

  • Truly client focused, with previous experience of providing excellent customer service
  • Good at considering the little things that make visitors feel valued
  • Good IT skills
  • Good at time management

Other Information:

  • Office based role
  • Core business hours 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9:00am – 5:30pm)
