Professional Support Administrator – City of London

Role Overview

  • To specialise in administration and organisation as required over a 3 day working week (22.5 Hours)
  • To deliver a high standard of administrative support and world class customer service in line with Price Bailey’s strategies, policies and procedures
  • To maintain client confidentiality, data protection and other legislative and organisational responsibilities

 

Principle Responsibilities:

  • To print, send and file accounts
  • To print, send and file tax returns online
  • To update workflows and trackers for accounts and tax returns
  • To draft routine correspondence
  • To communicate to clients as required
  • Lost client process including drafting of standard documents
  • To print/email bills
  • To scan and hard copy file Permanent documents
  • To arrange monthly department team meetings, draft agenda, attend, take minutes, circulate notes and action points
  • To arrange meetings with clients, potentials and referrers as required
  • To edit and format reports and proposals  in Word and PowerPoint
  • To edit and format PowerPoint presentations
  • To assist with mailings
  • Concur expenses for managers
  • Monitoring Xero inbox
  • Ad hoc project work as and when required
  • Collating various reports as necessary

 

Person Specification:

Work based competencies

  • Min of 5 GCSEs or equivalent including English Language and Mathematics
  • Word and Outlook to Intermediate Level
  • Excellent customer service and telephone manner
  • High standard of presentation skills and proof reading
  • Experience in working within the professional services sector
  • Organised and able to provide high quality work in accordance with Price Bailey standard
  • Good planning, organisational and time management skills
