Resourcing Advisor – Sawston

Role Overview

  • To work as part of the HR team and support the Resourcing Manager by leading the end to end recruitment process on non fee-earning and junior level roles. You will work in conjunction with key stake holders across the business to really understand the requirements before sourcing, screening and submitting candidates before managing the interview and offer process thereafter.


Principle Responsibilities:                                                                                                     

  • Lead the recruitment and selection process for non fee-earning and junior level roles across all of our offices
  • Work alongside hiring managers, partners and directors to identify the recruitment need and to proactively source suitable candidates using a variety of tools (job boards, applications, Linkedin, referrals etc)
  • Release roles to our approved agencies as and when required – brief them on the need and manage the submission process. Be the first line of review before submitting CVs to line managers
  • Organise interviews and support therein when required
  • Act as a mentor for line managers on Price Bailey’s recruitment process to guide them through it
  • Draft and advertise roles as required on a variety of job boards (reed, indeed, LinkedIn etc)
  • Management of applicant data on the internal ATS system to ensure talent is properly managed and the firm is remaining GDPR compliant
  • Manage the annual Early Careers programme – participate and play a lead role in assessment centres and early careers events
  • Support on any ad-hoc project work that the HR team is undertaking
  • Provide general support to the Resourcing Manager and the wider HR team when needed
  • Undertake annual benchmarking exercise




Person Specification:

Work based competencies:

  • Previous in-house or agency recruitment experience – ideally within the Accountancy industry or professional services
  • Strong working knowledge of using LinkedIn recruiter to source candidates
  • Prior use of job boards (reed, indeed, total jobs etc)
  • Solid experience working with senior stakeholders
  • Experience of managing multiple vacancies simultaneously

Other Information:

  • Core business hours 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9:00am – 5:30pm)
  • You will be required to visit our other offices on an ad-hoc basis to support recruitment activities
