Charity seminar with Mike Ashley from the Charity Commission

Price Bailey Charity Sector Accountants

Charities have always had to play close attention to rules, regulations and governance. But not only is keeping up difficult, but making sustainable decisions based on those rules can be very challenging.

We are delighted to have Mike Ashley from the Charity Commission as a key note speaker. The session will cover four key areas – the role of the Commission, their guidance for trustees, the role and responsibilities of trustees (as the Commission sees it) and the future in the sector and the Commission. This will be a great opportunity to hear from the Charity Commission on how to fulfil your duties as a Trustee of a charity and the opportunity to clarify any concerns that you have with regards to governance either as a Trustee or senior manager. This event is free and as with all our events, they are very popular so make sure you book early to get your spot.
