26 November – 6 December 2019.

Our winter seminars will look at tackling organisational risk and managing the future of your organisation.

If you missed our September events focusing on the Charity sector updates, our winter seminars will look at tackling organisational risk and managing the future of your organisation. As it is that time of year to look at drafting your budgets to help achieve your strategic plans, we can help you with that process.

Our seminars will guide you through understanding your organisational risk profile, how to plot ahead for bumps in the road and how this fits into your reserves policy. How do you go about setting a reserves policy and what should you think about? We will show you how to break down the reserves policy into distinctive critical areas which build up to help you devise a reserves policy for your organisation. The reserves policy is an important aspect of managing future strategy, plans and budgets.

Understanding organisational risk and strategy is important for charities operating in uncertain times. Join us in December at our free seminars to see how the right approach can help your organisation.
