Price Bailey Legal Services: Apprenticeships Seminar

Price Bailey Legal Services are pleased to offer a seminar on Tuesday 17 April, in conjunction with Visionpath and Cambridge Regional College, offering insight into the benefits of hiring apprentices.

This seminar was launched during National Apprenticeship Week 2018, Monday 5 March to Friday 9 March, a government initiative which aims to celebrate the success of apprenticeships and showcase the opportunities available for employers in shaping their future workforce.

With apprenticeships growing in popularity and recognition among young people, their parents and educators, plus government incentives to enable smaller employers to recruit apprentices, there has never been a better way to bring bright new talent into your organisation. However, for employers, hiring an apprentice can be a daunting prospect.

To highlight National Apprenticeship Week, we are teaming up with early talent specialists Visionpath and leading apprenticeship training provider Cambridge Regional College and together we’ll bring you a wealth of expertise on how to you can utilise apprentices to shaping your future workforce and answer questions including:

  • How do I engage and recruit an apprentice?
  • What training do I need to offer?
  • How do I manage apprentices in the workplace?
  • Is employment legislation different for apprentices?
  • What is the Apprenticeship Levy and what does it mean for my business?

  • Patrick Philpott – Managing Director, Visionpath
