Social media for charities – are you getting the best use of this resource?

Computer

There are 38 million active social media users in the UK and on average Brits use social media for an hour and a half every day. In recent years, charities across the country have really stepped up their game and regularly use social media to highlight campaigns, reach new donors and start conversations that lead to real-world change.

From successful user-generated campaigns, to innovative ways of engaging supporters, Sushi Juggapah (Digital Content Editor, CharityComms) will showcase some of the best use of social media by charities and look at ways to ensure your organisation is ready to embrace this transformative channel. Also Chand Chudasama from Price Bailey will also run through a recent crowd funding success story to give some tips and hints on how it can work.
