Fees for a business to business debt that is undisputed These costs apply where your claim is in relation to an unpaid invoice which is not disputed and enforcement action is not needed. If the other party disputes your claim at any point, we will discuss any further work required and provide you with revised advice about costs. We can provide advice on disputed invoices but these charges are usually calculated on a time spent basis. We can also offer ‘no win no fee’ arrangements in certain situations. Our Charges Pre-action letter: £530 – £795 + VAT Claim form: £265 – £795 + VAT Statutory demand: £750 + VAT It is not always possible to claim these fees from the debtor.
