Price Bailey’s Norwich office is very pleased to announce that our corporate finance director Stephen Reed has recently been promoted to partner.
Based at our Thorpe St Andrew office, along with partners Daren Moore, Richard Day, John Warren and Aaron Widdows, Stephen has already proven to be a key member of the team since his arrival in May 2012. He has made a significant contribution to the development of the Corporate Finance team across the practice, notably in the Norwich area with businesses such as SignsExpress whom Stephen advised on last year’s management buyout and the owners of SK Sales which was sold to SIG plc.
Commenting on his promotion, Stephen said: “I am delighted to be in a position to help develop with the continued development of Price Bailey’s Corporate Finance proposition. The team and our service offering have grown significantly over the past few years. As the largest SME-focused Corporate Finance team based in East Anglia, we’re perfectly placed to help business owners and investors take advantage of market opportunities – whether this is by helping to grow businesses through acquisition, better planning and investment or by achieving optimum value from their business sale.”
Stephen is also a Board Director of Norfolk Network, a local not-for-profit organisation that is a forum for driving trusted business connections, new knowledge, creativity and collaboration across the region with membership drawn from start-ups to large established businesses.
In addition to Stephen’s promotion to partner, Iain Murrell (corporate finance), Steve Butcher (tax planning) and Chand Chudasama (business strategy) have been promoted to Manager, confirming the quality of experienced staff across all departments in the Norwich team.
We also welcome Toni Cooper who strengthens our local Payroll team. Toni has ten years of solid experience behind her processing payrolls and PAYE for a variety of organisations large and small. We also look forward to welcoming a new intake of graduate trainees on our Stepstone programme after the summer holidays.
