President of Norfolk Chamber of Commerce to join Price Bailey debate on issues faced by Norfolk businesses at Dunston Hall Hotel, Norwich

Jonathan Cage, President of the Norfolk Chamber of Commerce, is to join the interactive panel discussion to launch research by Norwich -based accountants Price Bailey into issues affecting Norfolk businesses. The event will take place at Dunston Hall Hotel, Norwich on 28th September.

Jonathan Cage is founder and Managing Director of Create Consulting Engineers, an engineering and environmental consultancy. It opened its first office on Princes Street, Norwich, in 2009 and has seen added offices in London, Glasgow and Chelmsford.

Following the success of last year’s inaugural event, Price Bailey will again be partnering with Ipsos MORI to interview local business leaders on a variety of issues ranging from Brexit, business confidence, growth and exit strategies and other key challenges identified by businesses in Norfolk. The report, Inside the Minds of Business Leaders, will be unveiled at the event.

The event will be marked by a panel discussion featuring, in addition to Jonathan Cage, James Sproule, former Chief Economist and Director of Policy at the Institute of Directors, Tim Pike, Deputy Agent for the South East and East Anglia at the Bank of England and Matthew Painter, Deputy Managing Director at Ipsos MORI Reputation Centre.

The panel will offer practical advice on how to navigate businesses through uncertainty, look at strategies for successful growth, competitive advantage and how to respond to market disruption from peers. The panel discussion will be followed by an interactive question and answer session where attendees will have the opportunity to ask panellists questions of direct relevance to their businesses. There will be extensive networking opportunities throughout the event.
