Price Bailey appoints new Director in the City of London

Price Bailey, British Accountancy Awards National Firm of the Year, has appointed Michael Cooper-Davis as a new Director in the Corporate team of its City of London office.

Michael will work primarily with charities and not for profit organisations having specialised in the sector for over 10 years.

Prior to joining Price Bailey, Michael worked as a Senior Manager in the Charity team at Haysmacintyre. Whilst there, he managed the audits of a wide variety of not for profit clients – including theatres and arts organisations, large international charities, national education and membership bodies, sports charities and independent schools.

Helena Wilkinson, Partner at Price Bailey, comments: “We have a successful Charities team at Price Bailey which has grown substantially over the last couple of years, now becoming even stronger with our new appointment. We are delighted to have secured Michael’s talent, and we are looking forward to working with him.”

Michael says: “I am excited to be joining the team at Price Bailey and working with charities to help them to fulfil their potential in making a difference in their respective fields. I enjoy getting to know how charities work, understanding the people involved and reassuring them that audit is not just a compliance process, but an opportunity to help charities to build better systems and spot areas to minimise risk and maximise reward.”
