Bryn Anderson

Bryn recently joined Price Bailey’s Strategic Corporate Finance team as a Valuations Partner, based in the London office.

He is a qualified ICAEW Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience in business, brand, and IP valuation, advising on complex engagements across the UK and internationally. Prior to joining Price Bailey, Bryn was a Valuation Director at Valuation Consulting, where he led assignments across business, equity, and intangible asset valuation in financial reporting, tax, transaction, regulatory, and litigation contexts.

He brings deep technical expertise across valuation methodologies and is known for delivering commercially grounded advice that withstands audit and regulatory scrutiny. Bryn works closely with business owners, directors, senior management teams, boards, and other stakeholders, translating complex valuation issues into clear, practical insights. He has particular expertise in the sports sector and in the valuation of brands and intellectual property, supporting strategic business and IP decision-making.

Earlier in his career, Bryn was a Senior Manager in KPMG’s Sports Advisory practice, the firm’s global centre of excellence for the sports sector, advising clients on business and brand strategy as well as valuation. He also spent over ten years at Brand Finance, leading valuation assignments globally. Bryn is a regular contributor to print and broadcast media on valuation and industry topics and has authored a number of white papers and articles on brand and business valuation.

Outside of work, Bryn is married with two young children and spends much of his time with his family and their dog, making the most of the outdoors. This often involves travelling across the UK and further afield—exploring the countryside, visiting the coast, and discovering new places together. He also enjoys snowboarding and takes every opportunity to get to the mountains with friends and family.
