Rajvir Sirha

Rajvir joined Price Bailey in July 2026 and is a Manager within our Outsourcing team. Based in our London City office, he can also often be found working from our Mayfair office.

Rajvir has over 11 years of experience delivering financial systems transformation and AI-driven technology projects globally. Prior to joining Price Bailey, he worked within professional services and client experience teams at a global FinTech organisation, helping mid-market and large enterprise organisations implement SaaS solutions that automate and streamline Record-to-Report (R2R) and financial close processes.

At Price Bailey, Rajvir is responsible for delivering technology solutions that enhance business efficiency, strengthen compliance, and improve client service. With extensive experience in systems implementation, process improvement, and stakeholder management, he works closely with teams across the firm to support the successful adoption of technology and the optimisation of operational processes. He is passionate about leveraging technology to drive innovation and enable sustainable business growth.

Outside of work, Rajvir enjoys watching football, darts, and snooker. He also enjoys travelling and exploring new countries with his wife.
