Philip Olagunju

Philip Olagunju is a Partner in our Strategy & Corporate Finance team based across East Anglia and London.

Philip joined Price Bailey in 2026 and brings over 20 years’ experience in the corporate finance industry. After graduating from Loughborough University, Philip began his career with a national accountancy firm before moving into a leading international practice, later returning to a senior advisory role. He has also held a Finance Director position in industry, giving him a valuable commercial perspective.

Philip brings a wealth of expertise to the firm, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, management buyouts, fundraising, strategic reviews, and corporate finance advisory projects. He is particularly experienced in working with owner-managed businesses on sell-side transactions, supporting entrepreneurs through key stages of their business lifecycle. Philip has advised on transactions typically ranging from £5 million to £50 million in value and works closely with business owners and management teams to deliver tailored solutions on growth strategies, succession planning and exit opportunities.

Through his career, Philip has developed deep sector knowledge across construction, technology, engineering, manufacturing, professional and business services, recruitment, and education. His clear, pragmatic approach and ability to build strong relationships have earned him a reputation as a trusted adviser to ambitious SMEs.

Outside of work, Philip is married with three young children, which keeps him busy! He also serves as a trustee of Jubilee Church London and Transform Work. In his spare time Philip is an avid Arsenal supporter, but also enjoys watching most sports, playing golf (badly), going to the gym as often as possible, watching sci-fi films, listening to good music, and eating exotic food!
