George Baron

George leads a team in the Audit & Assurance department at Price Bailey’s City of London office. He has extensive experience delivering audit services to property companies and groups, with a particular focus on prime London real estate. His portfolio includes investment, development and management businesses operating across the UK, including those with management teams based in Europe and the US.

Beyond the property sector, George assists clients across a diverse range of industries, including hotels and hospitality, investment management and professional services, retail, creative and media production, trade associations and other not-for-profit organisations. He takes pride in supporting established owner-managed and family-owned businesses, as well as large corporate and public companies.

Alongside audit services, George advises clients on technical accounting and financial reporting matters. His recent experience includes supporting clients with the implementation of changes to UK financial reporting requirements.

George enjoys building trusted relationships with his clients so they can grow together. He also works closely with finance teams throughout the audit process to develop a deep understanding of their businesses. This enables him to identify key issues early, provide practical insights and deliver a high-quality audit experience.

Outside of work, George enjoys spending time with his family in the countryside.
