Jo O’Sullivan

Jo joined Price Bailey in October 2021 and works as an Assistant Manager in the Strategic Corporate Finance team, focusing on due diligence reporting for SME clients.

Jo gained a Bachelor of Arts in Management and French from Nottingham University before qualifying as a chartered accountant. Prior to joining Price Bailey, Jo spent a number of years in the Transactions Services team in the Corporate Finance department of BDO LLP in London, working on acquisition due diligence, vendor due diligence and reporting accountant assignments in relation to AIM listings.

Outside of work, Jo is kept busy by her two young sons, and enjoys running when she can find the time.
