Kirsty is a Manager in our Business Team, based in the Norwich office. She joined Price Bailey in 2017, initially working in the Owner Managed Business team. She spent several years in the Outsourcing department when it was established in 2019, gaining extensive experience in managing and delivering outsourced finance services, before returning to the Business Team. She works closely with clients to help them understand their financial position, meet statutory obligations and make informed commercial decisions. Her experience includes co-ordinating year end accounts, tax compliance and providing ongoing advisory support across complex healthcare structures.
Alongside her compliance and advisory work, Kirsty has a strong background in outsourced finance, which she continues to draw upon. She often acts as a trusted finance lead, working alongside internal finance teams or overseeing outsourced finance functions to ensure accurate reporting and robust financial controls.
Kirsty acts as a central point of contact for clients, ensuring a joined up and consistent approach. She is known for her proactive and personable style, building long term relationships and giving clients confidence that their financial and compliance matters are in safe hands.
