Lucy Hodgman

Lucy is an FCCA and FMAAT qualified accountant with more than 20 years’ experience supporting businesses across a broad range of sectors.

Her experience includes property accounting, managing agent reporting, rental income and investment properties, as well as film, television and entertainment accounting. Lucy has also worked closely with owner managed businesses, providing practical support across bookkeeping, management accounts, VAT and year end reporting. Earlier in her career, she managed the bookkeeping and tour budgeting requirements for a professional jazz musician for over 10 years.

Lucy works closely with clients on onboarding and systems set up, helping businesses transition smoothly while collaborating with colleagues across the wider team. Her day-to-day role includes managing a diverse client portfolio, reviewing management accounts, VAT returns and FRS102 year-end accounts, and supporting clients with operational and financial queries as they arise.

She is proficient in Xero and Briefcase software and is known for her approachable style and practical client support.

Outside of work, Lucy enjoys weekly bounce fitness classes and has two sons currently studying towards their AAT qualifications, which often leads to lively accounting discussions at home.
