Mohammed Mogra

Mohammed is a Chartered Tax Adviser who specialises in helping high-growth businesses access funding and navigate the UK tax landscape as they scale. Drawing on Big-4 experience and a fintech background – having co-founded an SME lending platform he combines deep technical expertise with first-hand entrepreneurial insight.

He advises clients on their innovation strategy and accessing government grants and incentives e.g. R&D tax credits, Patent Box, capital allowances, SEIS/EIS investment reliefs, along with broader tax considerations for high-growth businesses. Mohammed works closely with founders and C-suite to help deliver clear, practical guidance that supports sustainable growth.

Outside of work, he enjoys staying active, horse riding, and spending quality time with his family.
