Pat Walters joined Price Bailey in September 2024 as a Strategic Business Development Director.
Based in Cambridge, Pat’s role will see him operate alongside all service lines, working closely with the partnership team.
Pat previously spent 8 years in Corporate Finance and 16 years at a global bank supporting mid-market clients across East Anglia and Home counties region.
He has acted on a significant number of transactions across a range of sectors, including disposals, MBOs, acquisitions, refinancing’s and shareholder reorganisations, between £1 million and £100 million deal size.
Outside of work, Pat is a keen sports fan, he can be found either on the golf course working on lowering his handicap, watching football or travelling around the world supporting the England cricket team.
