Tomas Walters

Tommy joined Price Bailey in 2022 on the SCF Graduate Scheme and qualified as a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst in December 2024.

As an Assistant Manager within the Strategy & Corporate Finance team, Tomas (Tommy) specialises in business valuations and transaction advisory.

Over three and a half years at Price Bailey, Tommy has advised on over 60 private company valuation projects, many of which will have included multiple complex securities, for a range of purposes, including advisory roles, tax planning, financial reporting, and shareholder matters.

He combines strong technical expertise with a practical, commercially focused approach, helping clients understand and act on intricate valuation details. Alongside his valuation work, Tommy has experience supporting on both buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, contributing to analysis, deal preparation, negotiations, and execution.

Tommy holds the CAIA Charter, an MSc in Finance (Distinction), and a First-Class BSc (Hons) in Financial Mathematics. He is currently progressing towards the CFA Charter as a Level II candidate, and when not studying, Tommy can be found reading, although still with a preference for non-fiction, at the gym, or spending time with family and friends.
