Price Bailey announces five senior management promotions

Sarah Howarth, Simon Rowley, Stella Athanasiadou and Stephan Schmitt are promoted to Directors. Janice Clapson will become Senior Manager.

Sarah Howarth joined the firm’s Corporate team in 2019, bringing significant corporate and international expertise. Simon Rowley, who also joined the firm’s Corporate team, back in 2014, brought a wealth of experience in audit and assurance, with particular sector specialisms in not-for-profit, logistics, manufacturing and technology.

Stella Athanasiadou joined Price Bailey on the firm’s StepStone Graduate programme in 2015, after completing her undergraduate degree at the University of Cambridge. Qualifying in 2017, Athanasiadou went on to Senior Manager in 2022 and works across a diverse portfolio of clients. As a Mental Health Ambassador at the firm, she also supports Price Bailey’s commitment to “their people”.

Stephan Schmitt joined Price Bailey in 2017 as a corporate auditor and has played an important role in introducing technology across the practice, designed to improve quality and efficiencies. While Janice Clapson joined the firm in 2017, assisting the Price Bailey Executive Board, working as a regulatory facilitator for the Price Bailey Dubai office, while also managing events and providing extensive representation on regional and international business development for the firm.

Each promotion above manager grade is Board appointed and requires applicants to go through a formal process. This involves a detailed application form, a well-thought-out business case and a formal presentation to the Price Bailey Executive Board – receiving a senior management promotion is a significant achievement.
