Kirsty is a manager in Price Bailey’s Business Team, specialising in the healthcare sector.  She supports a wide range of healthcare clients including GP practices, dental practices, pharmacies, opticians, healthcare allied services and veterinary businesses, delivering both compliance and advisory services.

Alongside her compliance and advisory work, Kirsty continues to draw on her strong background in outsourced finance, having previously worked in this department. Kirsty often acts as a trusted finance lead, working alongside internal finance teams or overseeing outsourced finance functions to ensure accurate reporting and robust financial controls.

Sector involvement and insights

Prior to moving into accountancy in 2016, Kirsty trained and worked as a registered dental nurse, gaining formal clinical qualifications and extensive practical experience within both NHS, private dental settings and at Dundee Dental University, where she supported consultant led clinics across oral surgery, orthodontics and preventative dental care.

After relocating to Norwich in 2011, she moved into practice management within the dental sector, developing a strong understanding of the operational, financial and regulatory challenges faced by healthcare practices.
