Parry Jackson

Parry works across Price Bailey’s offices, supporting clients and teams wherever his experience can add the most value. Having spent his whole career in practice, he brings a broad, commercially focused perspective and a relationship-led approach to helping clients navigate growth, change and long-term decision-making.

Parry is one of the sector leads for both Professional Services and Technology at Price Bailey, working alongside colleagues to shape the firm’s focus and growth in these areas. He also heads up the firm’s growing Gaming team. Alongside his sector roles, he continues to act for a varied client base, including businesses in the property sector and international companies with a UK presence, giving him a well-rounded view of the different challenges and opportunities clients face.

Within Professional Services, Parry advises a wide range of firms and practices, including law firms, barristers’ chambers and other specialist businesses. His work focuses on areas such as profit improvement, structuring, succession planning and supporting firms as they evolve.

In the Technology sector, Parry works closely with founders and growing businesses throughout their lifecycle, from early-stage development through to scale and expansion. He enjoys supporting ambitious businesses on their growth journey, helping them make informed decisions and build for the future.

Parry also leads Price Bailey’s Gaming team, supporting studios, developers, streamers and others across the wider gaming ecosystem. With a genuine interest in the sector, he enjoys working with the people behind the games, helping them turn ideas into sustainable commercial success in a fast-moving and evolving environment.

Parry is also a regular contributor to Price Bailey’s sector reports, thought-leadership articles and blogs, sharing practical insight and commentary across the Professional Services, Technology and Gaming sectors. His contributions reflect his hands-on experience working with ambitious businesses and help keep clients informed on the challenges, trends and opportunities shaping their industries.
