Prior to moving into accountancy in 2016, Kirsty trained and worked as a registered dental nurse, gaining formal clinical qualifications and extensive practical experience within both NHS, private dental settings and at Dundee Dental University, where she supported consultant led clinics across oral surgery, orthodontics and preventative dental care.
After relocating to Norwich in 2011, she moved into practice management within the dental sector, developing a strong understanding of the operational, financial and regulatory challenges faced by healthcare practices.
