Charles has been with Price Bailey since he started training as an accountant, and a partner since 1987.
Charles has been an audit partner in the past and he chaired the firm’s technical committee for many years. He is one of our executive directors, taking the finance director’s role for the firm. He now runs the firm’s tax team, dealing with corporate structuring, sale and purchase transactions, wealth protection and personal tax planning.
Charles is active in our farming and estates, property and professional practice sector teams.
He is authorised under the Financial Services and Markets Act to advise on corporate finance matters and he accepts forensic instructions in commercial disputes, matrimonial matters, professional negligence claims, personal injury claims, partnership disputes and share valuations. He has given evidence in court.
