Stella joined Price Bailey in 2015 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in December 2017. She studied Economics at Murray Edwards College, Cambridge, and received her Master of Arts from the University of Cambridge in 2019.
Stella specialises in delivering audit services to large companies and complex groups, with a particular focus on the retail and manufacturing sectors. She has led audits for both private and AIM‑listed entities and is equally experienced in supporting businesses in their early stages of growth.
Stella is pragmatic in her audit approach, taking the time to understand each client’s business model and the challenges they face. She applies her extensive technical knowledge of IFRS, FRS and relevant SORPs to provide high‑quality audit services while adding value through practical insight and advice on financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
Stella also has substantial experience with FCA rules—particularly CASS 6 and CASS 7—and leads both limited assurance and reasonable assurance CASS audit engagements for FCA‑regulated clients. In addition, she is well‑versed in grant audits under a range of reporting frameworks, including Innovate UK, Horizon 2020 and the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (NMFA).
