Price Bailey announces acquisition of Oliver Clive & Co, strengthening its sector offering and presence in London
Award-winning accounting firm Price Bailey and Oliver Clive & Co announce their new partnership aimed at further strengthening their offering in London.
The move bolsters Price Bailey’s sector expertise, with Steven Davidson, Emma Benjamin and Nick Angel joining the now 46 strong Partnership team.
Oliver Clive & Co, founded by Steven Davidson, has operated outside of its West End office for over 10 years. During this time, the firm has acquired a distinguished client network, with notable expertise across the dental, property and hospitality sectors.
Price Bailey, a leading independent partner and employee-owned accountancy firm based in East Anglia, London and internationally, welcomes Oliver Clive & Co amid a period of continued expansion. The merger comes following the recent acquisition of Peterborough based accountants ‘Stephenson Smart’ in October 2023.
The move sets to broaden the services delivered to the clients of Oliver Clive & Co, via Price Bailey’s specialist advisory teams, including tax, corporate finance, valuation, restructuring, and insolvency & recovery services. Current clients of Oliver Clive & Co will now be advised under the banner of Oliver Clive & Co a division of Price Bailey.
