Matthew H Jones

Matthew joined Price Bailey in October 2021 and is part of the Tax Team in the City of London office. He specialises in corporate advisory matters such as restructuring, M&A transactions and property tax advice.

He also regularly assists with international aspects in respect of migrations, permanent establishments, corporate residency and withholding taxes.

Outside of work, Matthew enjoys great food and wine, travelling and country pursuits.
