Anais Lienhart Ortega

Anais joined Price Bailey in June 2025. She is a Manager in the Tax team, specialising in corporate and charity tax matters.

Anais is based in the City of London office, where she works with a diverse range of clients, ranging from property developers to academy trusts.

On the compliance side, as a dual-qualified Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser, Anais is familiar with complex compliance matters and can guide auditors, accountants and in-house finance teams in obtaining the best possible tax relief position for clients. She assists regularly with capital allowance reviews, R&D reports, and group relief calculations.

Anais also has broad experience and strong interest in providing tax services to charities, and understands the unique complexities of working within the regulatory world of charities and not-for-profits.

On the advisory side, she guides clients through their whole life cycle, from incorporation and expansion to acquisitions and exit planning. She has broad experience advising clients on cross-border tax issues, including overseas and UK branches, transfer pricing and withholding tax. As a fluent speaker of English, German, Spanish and French, Anais is ideally positioned to assist international clients in navigating the complexities of the tax world.

Away from her desk, Anais is an avid reader, and enjoys gardening, hiking and spending time with family and friends.
