Anthony is a Partner in the London-based tax team at Price Bailey, specialising in UK and international tax planning for medium to large businesses and corporate groups.
His experience includes M&A, tax due diligence and business restructurings. He also advises clients on a broad range of UK and cross-border tax matters, including exit planning and the practical application of double tax treaties, and has worked with clients across a wide range of sectors including property, technology and manufacturing.
Anthony has a keen interest in technology and has previously run AI integration agencies and tech-enabled accounting practices, bringing a practical, systems-focused perspective to client delivery.
Outside of work, Anthony can usually be found on the golf course or watching rugby.
