George Godfrey

George is based in our City of London office, specialising in audit across a range of corporate clients, including property, professional services, and manufacturing.

George joined Price Bailey in November 2025 from a boutique firm based elsewhere in the City of London. Graduating from the University of Warwick with a degree in accounting and finance and having trained at a small firm based in Oxfordshire, qualifying in 2019, George brings a breadth of audit, accounting, and tax knowledge to the Audit & Assurance team. Over his career, George’s clients have ranged from farmers to fund managers, and retailers to Research & Development university spinouts, as well as registered charities. George enjoys working with colleagues across the firm to deliver for his clients.

Outside of work, George volunteers his time supporting several membership organisations linked to the City of London. He also enjoys spending time in the countryside with his family.
