Kirsty is a Manager in our Outsourcing department, based in the Norwich office. She joined Price Bailey in spring 2017 and after gaining valuable experience in the Owner Managed Business team, transitioned to the Outsourcing department upon its commencement in 2019. During her time at Price Bailey, Kirsty achieved her ACCA qualification.
Kirsty specialises in the healthcare sector, working closely with clients to provide comprehensive financial support. She assumes a virtual finance controller/director role, either collaborating with clients’ internal finance teams or leading the delivery of fully outsourced finance functions. She works with a diverse portfolio of clients across the sector, from owner-managed businesses to partnerships and large corporate groups.
She provides continuity for our clients as the main point of contact when coordinating compliance and advisory services across allied departments, ensuring a seamless and consistent client experience. Kirsty takes a proactive and personable approach, building strong relationships with clients and ensuring they feel supported and confident in their financial operations.
