Ravi Maini

Ravi joined Price Bailey in July 2025, having worked at a large firm for over a decade.

Ravi is a Director in the City office’s Corporate and Business tax team assisting clients on a breadth of matters ranging from start ups receiving Seed Enterprise/Enterprise Investment funding through to Exit Planning. He specialises in corporate restructuring, Enterprise Management Incentives and various complex advisory projects in the Owner Managed Business sector. Ravi is also experienced in advising on Permanent Establishments and withholding taxes assisting clients in interpreting Double Tax Treaties as well as corporation tax compliance. He has a keen interest in assisting Owner Managed Businesses exiting through Management Buy Outs and Employee Ownership Trusts advising not only on the corporate tax elements but Capital Gains Tax implications for individuals.

His main interests outside of work are playing golf, spending time with his young family and enjoying eating out.
