Price Bailey expands presence in East Anglia with new acquisition in Great Yarmouth

Price Bailey is delighted to announce the acquisition of External Accounts Ltd, a well-established accountancy practice serving clients across Norfolk and Suffolk from their Norwich and Great Yarmouth office locations. The move strengthens Price Bailey’s Business Advisory offering and enhances its regional footprint.

Matt Leggett, once a manager in PB’s Audit & Assurance team and then founder of External Accounts, now re-joins Price Bailey as Partner, bringing with him a talented team including Lee Brown as Senior Manager alongside Calum Dickinson, and Susan Lawson.

Clients of External Accounts Ltd will now be advised under the banner of Price Bailey while preserving the exceptional service they have become accustomed to and maintaining long-standing relationships with their trusted advisors.

Matt and Calum will be based at Price Bailey’s Norwich office, while Lee and Susan will continue to operate from the firm’s new Great Yarmouth location, ensuring continuity for clients and a smooth integration process.
