Aaron’s Professional Experience

Aaron joined Price Bailey in 2010 as a Partner in the Corporate department, however, he also specialises as a tax partner having previously been a tax partner. Aaron has extensive knowledge of tax, mainly surrounding the benefit of shareholders through enterprise management incentive (EMI), Employee ownership trust (EOT), restructures, and profit extraction. Aaron also works closely with corporation tax, private client and business, with 11 managers across the firm directly reporting to him. Having qualified in 1987, Aaron is both a member of Chartered accountants and a Fellow Chartered and Certified Accountant (FCCA) exemplifying his experience and professionalism.

Aaron has a broad range of experience advising clients on a range of matters spanning numerous sectors, with particular emphasis on clients in the energy and infrastructure, food manufacturing and tech and software industries.

Aaron’s breadth of skills allows him to advise business owners and individuals to prepare for the future. Placing value in forming client relationships through contact time, Aaron enjoys working with owner managed businesses as he can nurture valued relationships that will prepare individuals for the future. Based in Price Bailey’s Norwich office and working with some of Norfolk’s largest businesses as well as several international companies; Aaron’s varied portfolio of clients highlights his strength in forming valued client relationships.

Aaron is also Price Bailey’s deputy money laundering officer.
