Claire joined Price Bailey in 2017, working in the Employment Law team. She has over 15 years’ experience working with a variety of businesses and individuals on a wide range of Employment Law and HR services. She guides employers through the complexities of HR and Employment Law to ensure that each matter in resolved in the best possible way for them.
After obtaining a LLB Hons Law Degree in 2006, shortly followed by completing the Legal Practice Course (LPC), Claire joined a law firm in Bedford as a trainee solicitor and qualified in 2009. She chose to specialise in Employment Law, and after building up experience at another firm, joined Price Bailey in 2017.
Claire is affiliated with the Solicitors Regulation Authority, Law Society and Employment Law association.
As well as advising to day-to-day HR enquiries, restructuring and redundancy procedures, Claire also advises on matters that involve discrimination considerations and acts for clients through Employment Tribunal proceedings in addition to advising on Settlement Agreements and assisting with settlement negotiations.
