Hostberry Limited, also trading as Norfolk Holiday Properties, is a holiday home management agency based in Norfolk.
The Company’s portfolio of properties has grown year-on-year, providing full management services on behalf of clients and advertising both on their own Norfolk Holiday Properties website as well as working with all the major holiday booking destinations including Airbnb, Booking.com and Tripadvisor.
As a long-standing client of the Business Compliance team at Price Bailey, who have provided accounting services to Hostberry for a number of years, when discussions began regarding a potential sale of the business, the Strategic Corporate Finance (SCF) team were introduced to support the owners in realising the value generated in the business.
