Sarah’s Professional Experience

Specialising in corporate and international tax matters, Sarah is both a Chartered Accountant (ACA) with the Institute of Chartered Accountant Scotland (ICAS) and Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA), and is currently studying for her Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT). With 13 years’ tax experience, Sarah trained with EY where she worked for 10 years in both their business tax and international tax teams, before joining Price Bailey as a Manager in 2019. Sarah is a key member of the tax advisory team, bringing her considerable experience in corporate and international tax matters. She supports our clients with understanding, for example, the tax implications of operating internationally.

Sharing her considerable knowledge in the field of corporate and international taxation, Sarah also assists with training new and trainee members of the Price Bailey tax team.   More about Sarah.

Sarah has produced content for Price Bailey through article and video format. Sarah’s extended experience in tax is exemplified in her articles regarding transfer pricing, permanent establishment, diverted profits tax, as well as HMRC’s tax governance regimes. As well as contributing written work, Sarah features in our tax video series around interest deductibility.

Publications, Coverage and Speaker Events

Sarah partakes in events to showcase Price Bailey’s international tax expertise, including a series of meetings with professional service providers in Jersey in August 2023. Sarah is also an attendee of meetings for Cambridge local and IAPA conferences both in the UK and abroad.
